Vintage Diamond and Gray Spinel Bridal Set with Engagement Ring and Wedding Band in 14k White Gold
This fantastic vintage find is a matching bridal set from an estate. I have placed a natural, gray spinel in the center. It has original baguette diamonds to the sides and three on the wedding band. This is mysteriously gorgeous gray spinel/ 5x4 mm. The inside of the band is inscribed with Dick and R..... (cannot make out the name) 8/24/57.
MEASUREMENTS:
Spinel - 5 x 4 mm
Diamonds on Engagement Ring - approximately 2.25 mm each
Width of Wedding band- 2.21 mm
Diamonds on Wedding Band - approximately 3 mm, 3mm, 2.75 mm
Height -5.61 mm high off of the finger
Shank - 1.7 mm on the shoulders
Size- 5.5 and resizable by your jeweler or ours for an additional fee in the shop. Please note that if you use us, there is a separate fee to size each ring.

Condition- Excellent condition commensurate with the age of this piece. Patina to the white gold with signs of wear. Center stone is brand new.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We accept returns at Cypress Creek so you can shop without worry. THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS. We have had to implement the restock fee because of the financial losses incurred when a customer returns an item. Please ask all questions before you purchase to reduce the chance of a return.
To Return Your Purchase:
*You must contact us within 3 days of tracked delivery to receive the return address.
*The return tracking number must be dated within 7 days of delivery to you. This means 7 days from tracked delivery, not from when you went and picked it up from the post office.
*Rings will arrive with a DO NOT REMOVE lock tag. These rings are not returnable or refundable if the DO NOT REMOVE tag is removed.
Upon a safe return of the original purchased item, you will be refunded for your sales price within 3 business days. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Any custom or repair work done to a piece (sizing, appraisals, earring conversion, etc.) upon purchase cannot be returned or cancelled. Any ring that has been sized or altered is not eligible for a return.
Layaway, Custom Orders, Deposit to hold, and Appraisals are non-refundable.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Handling time is usually same-day but can take up to 3 days before shipment. Upon shipment, customers receive an email with tracking information from Etsy.
You have the option to purchase upgraded shipping products at checkout with Priority Insurance or Express. Our standard shipping does not include insurance.
If you are having a ring sized by our jeweler, please allow an extra 2-7 days before shipping.
We do not guarantee postal shipping times, especially after all the USPS changes during Covid. Once the package scans at the post office, the USPS is responsible for your item. If you should experience a shipping problem, you will contact the USPS and provide your tracking number on their website. If your item shows that it was delivered by your local carrier but you did not receive it, you will need to contact your post office. Sellers do not know anything about deliveries. Various types of situations are that the carrier has scanned early and still has to physically deliver it, or they've put it in the wrong mailbox, or on a porch. In these cases, we recommend checking with your neighbors, talking to your carrier, or calling your post office.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping will be USPS Priority for most jewelry items with first class for some of our other pieces such as ring boxes. We have our shipment countries set to the major default countries on Etsy. If your country is not on the list, please contact us via convo. We are willing to make shipping exception to some locations after speaking with you about your personal address and ability to accept FedEx shipments. We will not ship via USPS to countries not on the list.
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, associated with Customs so consider this in your final cost for the jewelry you are purchasing. If you're interested in getting an estimate on what the duties will be on a certain item, we recommend the website http://www.dutycalculator.com/ to help you estimate this additional cost.
If we ship an item to you, and you refuse shipment, you are still responsible for the Customs fees that we end up paying. This will be deducted from your refund.
We would like to get your package to you as soon as possible, but please be aware that all Custom's clearance events are different, and we cannot guarantee that your package will reach you by a certain date. I ship as soon as you have purchased your parcel but I am not responsible for package at the postal service in the USA or in other countries once I have dropped it off. Consult your post for more information.
Customs may delay clearance of your item. Customs may also require you to pick your item up and it can not be delivered to your door. It differs on a case to case basis. We will do everything we can on our end (i.e. making sure item descriptions are clear for declarations) to facilitate the process.
Non-delivery of a parcel is extremely rare. In the event that USA carrier or the postal carrier of another country fail to deliver a package, Cypress Creek is not responsible for the event, and as such, refunds are not be honored unless you purchase shipping insurance at checkout. We recommend upgrading to FedEx for security of highly-valued items.
